National Legal Adviser

Barr. Obasi Oru Nnanna was born at Okpo Ihechiowa, Arochukwu LGA of Abia State on the 11th August, 1969.

He had his primary and secondary education at Okpo Ihechiowa before proceeding to Alvan Ikoku College of Education for his Cerificate in Agric. Education.

He went further to University of Calabar and graduated with 2nd Class Upper Division in Education before enrolling into the same University for a degree in Law and graduated in 1996. He passed his Nigeria law school examinations and was called to bar in 1998.

Barr. Nnanna has taught in several schools and is a practicing lawyer. He has been with IPMAN Legal Department since 2014 before he was elected in 2023 as the National Legal Adviser.

He is an independent petroleum products marketer and the Managing Director of One with God Energy Ltd.

He is happily married with Children and enjoys football, table tennis, reading and public speaking.
