The Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) is the umbrella organization for all registered Independent Petroleum Products Marketing limited liability companies licensed to lift and operate petrol filling stations in Nigeria. Currently having her corporate headquarters at No.2 Plot 1078, Alfa Wali Street, Opp. Channels TV, Besides Seton American School, Asokoro-Abuja. Federal Capital Territory.
The Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) has in her fold over thirty thousand (30,000) members and over one hundred and fifty thousand service filling stations nationwide. Our investments in the Downstream Sector are well over Ten trillion Naira (10,000,000,000,000.00). Over Three Million (3,000,000) Nigerians are in the employment of our member filling stations throughout the country. We are expecting about 5.5% increase in our employment profile across the country annually.

Mission Statement
Our mission is to obtain licenses and other necessary documentations from the Government and its appropriate agencies for on behalf of members of the Associations.
To prosecute operations and other activities in the Oil and Gas industries in the country including joining venture operations, exploitation and exploration in the upstream sector. To establish refineries and depots in line with the current reforms.
Our Vision
Our vision is to seek and maintain good positions in the international Oil trade in the interest of the Association members and in corporation with the Federal Government of Nigeria though her agencies.
Zones and Depots
Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) is organizationally structured into three (3) tiers as follows:
1. The National Executive Committee
2. The Zonal Executive
3. The Depot or Unit Executive Committee.
The Zones of the Association were created in line with the Nigeria National Petroleum Company Limited Retail area offices arrangement in the downstream sector. The zones are five all geographically located with (21) twenty depots located with the zones as follow:
NORTH EAST ZONE (GOMBE), NORTH WEST ZONE (KADUNA), EASTERN ZONE (OWERRI), WESTERN ZONE (LAGOS), MID-WEST ZONE (BENIIN)
